PCO CONSULTING SERVICES

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

PCO Consulting Services, Inc. (“PCO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates pcosupport.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information through our website and related inquiries.

Information you provide

When you submit a contact, custom report, or checks/forms request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, software edition and version, and the message you provide. We also receive information you choose to share by email or phone.

Please do not include passwords, Social Security numbers, payment card details, bank account numbers, payroll records, or other sensitive information in a website form. Contact us first if your project requires sharing confidential files.

How we use your information

We use information to:

  • Respond to questions and requests.
  • Discuss, arrange, and provide requested services or products.
  • Communicate about support, reporting, company rebuilding, repair, training, and other work you request.
  • Maintain relevant customer and business records.
  • Protect our website, prevent spam, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. If you receive marketing emails from PCO, you can ask us to stop those messages by contacting us or following any unsubscribe instructions provided. We may still send communications necessary for ongoing work or transactions.

Website information, cookies, and browser storage

Our web server and security services may record technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, referring page, and the date and time of a visit. We use this information to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website.

Our inquiry forms use an IP-derived identifier and a temporary server-side request counter to limit repeated submissions. This counter does not require a cookie on your device.

WordPress uses cookies for authorized users signing in to administer the website, including login verification and administrator preferences. These login functions are separate from browsing our public service pages or sending an inquiry.

WordPress may also use session storage in your browser to remember whether your browser can display certain emoji characters correctly. This stores display-test results and a timestamp for a basic website function. Session storage is ordinarily cleared when the browser tab is closed.

Enabled security services may use cookies or similar technologies to verify visitors and protect the website. You can manage cookies and other site data through your browser settings, although blocking necessary storage may affect some functions.

We do not use this website to track visitors across unrelated websites for targeted advertising. The website does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Cloudflare Turnstile

When enabled on our forms, Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish people from automated bots and reduce spam. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address, browser information, and information about the website being visited. Cloudflare also processes these signals to improve its bot-detection capabilities. Depending on the security features enabled, Cloudflare may use cookies or similar browser technologies for verification.

Read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details. If verification prevents you from submitting a form, contact PCO by phone or email.

Forms, email, and service providers

Website inquiries are sent to PCO by email. The PCO inquiry-form plugin does not create a separate database of submitted messages. However, messages may be retained in our email accounts, email-delivery logs, and backups, depending on the services and settings in use.

Our website is hosted by Bluehost, and our business email is provided through NameSecure/Network Solutions. Our hosting, email-delivery, spam-prevention, security, backup, and technical service providers may process information as needed to perform their services.

We may also disclose relevant information to personnel, contractors, or fulfillment providers involved in handling your request; professional advisers; and authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or investigate fraud or misuse.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Customer accounting files and project information

Some services require access to company data, backups, reports, or other confidential business information. These materials are separate from an initial website inquiry. Before providing sensitive files or system access, contact us to arrange an appropriate transfer method and discuss the project scope.

Any applicable service agreement or separate data-handling arrangement also applies to that work. This website policy does not replace those agreements.

External websites

Our website links to other services, including an external checks/forms store and scheduling calendar. When you follow a link, the other service may collect technical information, use cookies or similar technologies, or collect information you choose to provide. That service’s privacy policy and terms apply to its collection and use of your information. Review those policies before submitting information.

How long we keep information

Retention depends on the type of information and why it was collected. We retain inquiries and customer correspondence as needed to respond, provide services, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Technical logs and backups may have different retention periods under the systems and providers involved.

You may contact us about deleting information. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or ongoing service purposes. Copies in backups may remain until those backups are replaced or expire.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No website, email system, or method of storage can guarantee complete security. Please use the website forms for initial inquiries rather than transmitting sensitive financial or personal records.

Your questions and choices

You can contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request access, correction, or deletion, or ask us to stop marketing messages. Depending on applicable law, additional privacy rights may be available to you.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests may be subject to legal exceptions and record-retention requirements. Please describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Children’s privacy

Our website is intended for business customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and address the situation.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it as required.
